When will my order shipped?
We will process your order within 48 hours after payment.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We have set up three warehouses in the central, eastern, and western regions of the United States to ensure timely delivery. For products that are in stock, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Over 90% of U.S. regions can receive the products within 3 business days after we ship them.
How Can I Know My Order Status?
You can click ” Track My Order” in the footer to enter the inquiry page,fill in your Tracking Number or Order Number to track your order status
How Can I Cancel Your Orders?
Please contact our customer service team via email: info@compressionssofa.com to cancel your order before we ship your order.
How Can I Return My Order?
Please email us by info@compressionssofa.com with your order number and the reason(s) you wanna return.
● Once receivced your email, our Customer Service Team will contact you directly within 24-48 hours.
● In order to process your return, our team may need you to provide photos or videos clearly depicting the issue, which are required for any damaged or defective product
● If your order is eligible for return, we will inform you of any issues related to the return process and any potential shipping fees that may arise.
● Next, we will coordinate with you and our delivery carrier for pickup. (Some products may need to be returned by yourself. Please follow the guidance provided by our customer service to initiate the return.)
● Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours once we received your return products. Depending on your financial institution it may take up to 20 days to receive your refund.
