The sofa fabric can be dry cleaned, machine washed, or hand washed. However, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing. Frequent machine washing may damage the fabric fibers and cause the cover to become deformed.

Avoid damp environments to prevent water absorption and swelling.
Gently wipe with a cloth, prevent moisture seepage into joints.

Note: It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a mild or extra-gentle detergent. We also recommend turning the fabric inside out when washing.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the product, but you have to pay for the return or exchange cost if no quality issues are involved. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Returned product must be:
-In its original package
-In new/unused condition

Products excluded from this policy and not eligible for return/refund:

2. Items marked“Non-Returnable”on the product page
3. Items that are indicated to be sold at a discount due to quality issues
4. Please note, any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our warehouse.
