Can I change the payment method of my order?

If the order is placed while not paid yet, you can change the payment method directly.

If the order is paid successfully and under the “awaiting fulfillment” status, please contact Jossney Support Team to cancel the order and refund. Then you can place a new order with the right payment method.

How to confirm if Jossney has received my payment?

If the payment has been received the order status will directly change from “Pending” to “awaiting fulfillment” under your Jossney account.

At the same time, you will receive an system email about the status changed notification.
